The Art of Carnival went virtual in 2020 due to Covid-19. We are back on de road in 2021 with Miami Carnival. The man who paints Carnival, Weldon Ryan will be photographing, so strike a pose, get on bad, or just feel it. You might be captured in one of his paintings. Visit us at the welcome tent.
